Osborne House: a fascinating insight into the lives of Queen Victoria and the royal children. Children visit the house in small groups with an adult and can also visit Swiss Cottage and the Museum.
Carisbrooke Castle: an inspiring visit to the castle where Charles I was imprisoned, which brings history alive.
 Portsmouth Historic Dockyard: stop on your way here, or on your way home at Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and see some world famous historic ships, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and the Mary Rose.
Brading Roman Villa: with its award-winning exhibition and visitor centre, Brading Roman Villa is an exciting place to learn about the Romans. A great opportunity to find out how Romans lived and to see Roman artefacts.
