The Medina Valley Centre sailing school and activity centre is a great place to learn to sail, or improve your sailing skills, for children, young people and adults. The sheltered tidal waters of the Medina estuary, Isle of Wight, provide safe yet challenging conditions for dinghy sailing and canoeing, ideal for those who want to learn to sail or canoe, or want to improve their skills.

For faster, high performance dinghy sailing and for seamanship and day sailing courses, the Solent is only short sail away from the sailing school's base on the Isle of Wight!

Sailing and canoeing courses run from Easter to the end of October, with many in the school holidays, and our competent and highly professional dinghy sailing instructors ensure students have lots of fun, learn new skills and both the dinghy sailing and canoe courses are run safely on the Medina estuary and the Solent.
