Looking for a high quality outdoor education centre to learn to sail or bring your school or youth group?

Visit this residential centre for environmental and outdoor education on the banks of the Medina Estuary, Isle of Wight.

We will be open throughout the day, from 10.30 to 17.00
Tea and coffee available throughout the day. Buffet lunch is also available.

There will be a short talk introducing the many different aspects of the work of Medina Valley Centre and what the Isle of Wight has to offer at 10.30, which will be repeated again at 14.00.

A golden opportunity to...

  • Get on the water with boating specialists. Our waterfront staff will be on hand to show you the water-based facilities we have to offer, with opportunities to have a go!
  • Visit a local fieldwork site with experienced field study tutors. Our minibus will depart at 11.00 and again at 14.30, returning within 90 minutes.

You will also be able to:

  • See the facilities Medina Valley Centre has to offer, including classrooms and accommodation
  • Discuss outdoor education and with waterfront specialists and field study tutors
  • Handle specialist field study equipment and discuss field techniques
  • Access relevant books, articles and data for field study courses
  • Sample the home cooking delights of our chef and his team!
