The Centre

Our Vision

Today, the vision of Medina Valley Centre remains very much as it was back when the Centre was first built, in the early 1960’s. As it was in the beginning, our desire is to demonstrate God’s love to all who visit. Motivated by faith in a God who showed his love for us by sending Jesus to redeem us, our core aim remains unchanged as we to seek to love and value all through what we do and say.  This is worked out by our concern for the environment, the quality and excellence of our courses and above all our care and support for our guests. Central to this is our pastoral care hosting team, who are responsible for the pre-breakfast, 5 minute “thought” and who engage with our visitors to make their stay with us truly memorable.

What Do We Offer?

Situated on the upper banks of the Medina estuary on the Isle of Wight, the Medina Valley Centre is not only a beautiful place to visit, but offers a wealth of activities and adventures! Our highly-regarded field studies programmes and experienced field studies tutors, combine classroom learning with high quality resources and practical data collection to bring subjects alive and embed concepts, ideas and methods to support students as they move forward in their course. Field studies learning can also be combined with multi-activities to enable students to have both an exciting and educational experience.
